Job Description

Our client, a leading international bank with a strong regional presence, is seeking an experienced Private Banking Relationship Manager to join them in Singapore. This is a client-facing role focused on acquiring and managing relationships with high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals, delivering tailored wealth solutions, and driving the growth of assets under management (AUM).

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire, build, and maintain long-term relationships with HNW and UHNW clients.
  • Drive business growth by developing new client relationships and expanding existing ones.
  • Provide bespoke wealth advisory and investment solutions to meet clients' financial needs.
  • Partner with product and investment specialists to deliver a comprehensive suite of wealth management services.
  • Conduct KYC/CDD on new clients and periodic reviews on existing clients to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory standards, and AML/CFT requirements.
  • Organize and present at client events to strengthen client engagement.
  • Provide input and support for product and system development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in private banking/wealth management OR relevant client-facing experience with UHNW individuals and ability to obtain CACS certification.
  • Strong understanding of wealth management products, compliance, and industry regulations.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition, networking, and business development.
  • Independent, self-driven, and ethical with excellent teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
