We manufacture the world’s leading drone for indoor industrial inspection. Our technology enables the world’s largest asset owners to send robotic solutions in confined spaces and hazardous environments instead of human beings. Flyability was founded in 2014 and is headquartered in Switzerland with offices in Denver and Singapore, and a global team of about 100 people. Our solution is used by thousands of customers worldwide, in a wide variety of industries including Energy, Power Generation, Mining, Chemicals, Maritime, and Public Infrastructure.

As a Country Sales Manager, your mission will be to generate revenue growth in Korea, Southeast Asia and South Asia region in collaboration with our local partners. Your core activities will consist of identifying new sales opportunities, as well as creating long-term and trusting relationships with existing customers and partners.

You will be working either in Singapore or Korea, being part of the highly performing Flyability Asia-Pacific sales team, and reporting directly to the Asia-Pacific Managing Director, based in Singapore regional HQ.

**Your Role**
- Generate growth with new and existing customers, with an emphasis on working with local resellers in Korea, Southeast Asia and South Asia region;
- Support the network of channel partners in Korea, Southeast Asia and South Asia region;
- (master resellers, sub-resellers, agents);
- Know your key customer's network, drive global cross-sell and upsell strategies;
- Source new sales opportunities in Korea through joint marketing campaigns and events;
- Travel to customers and partners in Korea for proof of concept, presentations, and tradeshows;
- Shape the revenue strategy in your assigned territory (Korea, Southeast Asia and South Asia region);
**Your Profile**
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales in Korea;
- Able to translate English sales materials into the native Korean language
- Comfortable and able to travel to all regions of Korea, Southeast Asia and South Asia region;
- Experience in working with both resellers and end customers;
- Experience in the sale of industrial hardware products is a plus;
- Experience in the Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Infrastructures, Public Safety and Robotics sectors is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills;
- Good interpersonal skills, able to work independently and flexibly on a wide range of tasks;
- Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines;
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
- Extensive travelling to Korea, Southeast Asia and South Asia region will be required
