NUS Enterprise is seeking a new member to join a fast-growing team involved in developing and managing postgraduate entrepreneurship programmes such as the NUS Master of Science in Venture Creation and various NUS Continuing Education and Training (CET) initiatives. This is part of the NUS Enterprise Academy objectives in nurturing the next generation of entrepreneurs.

The new member will work alongside the existing team and could be responsible for some of the following roles:

- Managing new/existing programmes involving local and international students and entrepreneurs, including the administration of student-related matters, and possibly support internship placements, companies engagement, etc.
- Support the running of new programmes/ initiatives involving local and international students and other partners
- Building the community of programme participants, alumni and partners through various engagement platforms and activities
- Expanding network and building relationships with key partners and stakeholders involved in the various programmes and initiatives
- Planning and overseeing marketing and outreach for new programmes/projects and creating pipeline for potential participants pool
- Developing and managing shared work processes and knowledge/data depositories relating to the programmes and initiatives
- Planning and organising outreach activities to grow network of startups and partners for future participation or collaboration

**Qualifications**:

- Degree Holder with at least 3 years of working experience
- Proven project/ programme management skills
- Entrepreneurial experience and knowledge on entrepreneurial trends in Singapore and globally would be an advantage, but not a must
- Passionate about innovation and entrepreneurship, have broad background to understand innovation and entrepreneurship
- Resourceful and comfortable in fast-changing environment
- Effective team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - good grasp of written and spoken English, good knowledge of secondary language will be an advantage
- Outgoing personality who enjoys building and growing network of connections with students, startups, corporates, ecosystem builders, etc.
- Willingness to travel overseas, where needed
