The Voice Engineer is responsible for insuring the day-to-day operation, reliability, and integrity of the enterprise voice communications network. This includes installation, maintenance, and management of all voice equipment such as voice servers, gateways, PBX switches, phones, circuits, wiring, servers, backup systems, voice network management and diagnostic tools.

**Responsibilities**
- Produce and maintain records for customer installations including architecture, configuration, deployment, maintenance templates, etc.

- Daily operation support and maintenance services include but not limit to:
I. Manage Service Desk ticketing.

III. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues.

IV. Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to customer inquiries and ensure appropriate resolution of the same.

V. Coordinate and work with vendors, carriers on VOIP infrastructure and trunk services.

VI. Perform preventive maintenance of telephony systems.

VII. Be the escalation support interface with customers.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Computer Engineering or Professional Certification in related field.

I. Genesys Enterprise Routing solutions.

II. Genesys Server integrations.

III. Genesys Reporting.
- Have knowledge of SIP and VoIP.
- Have good understanding of architecture and design solutions.
- Experience in general voice network, performance tuning, QoS, SBC and Gateway management.
- Genesys Certified Associate (GCA) and Professional (GCP) are a plus.
- Strong problem solving and organisational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Able to work in flexible schedule and work beyond outside of normal business hours.
- Require to perform standby duties.
