**What you will do**:
This role will be responsible to manage retailers aircon business and expand accounts for wholesalers & project sales customers. Builds relationship with all existing & new potential customers to understand their needs and offers solution within a standard framework or range on pricing and margin.
**How you will do it**:
- Execute sales strategies to achieve profitability and growth objectives and set priorities to ensure customer satisfaction in business delivery objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationship with customers and interacts with them frequently.
- Responsible for sales planning, sales management development and sales activity to ensure a commitment to customer satisfaction in order to under the business environment including legislative, purchasing and market trends.
- Responsible for B2C sales to retail stores, wholesalers and project sales customers.
- Secure continuous growth within this important segment.
- Prepare quotations, specifications and budget to customers and follow up on these leads through proper communication.
- Update sales pipeline and participate in team meetings to review and discussion.
**What we look for**:
- Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or HVAC Engineering or relevant experience in HVAC industry for at least 3 years.
- Ability to work autonomously, yet also to be a team play that understands and values effective cooperation to collaborate with a technical skilled sales support team with regards to tasks.
- Possess good skills to identify and build relationships with key decision makers and customers on all levels.
- Possess knowledge of RAC, PAC, VRF system is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, hardworking and positive.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and selling skills.
- Good spoken and written in English and Chinese.
