**What part will you play?**

**Responsibilities**:
As Senior Credit Specialist (f/m/d) in the Risk Rating department Europe Middle East Africa/Asia Australia and based in the Singapore Branch of Siemens Bank GmbH, you shall prepare credit analysis and assign risk ratings for project finance transactions and corporate obligors of the Project and Structured Finance business segments for projects/ obligors mainly in the Asia Australia region, but also including Europe and the Middle East. You will engage in the further development of rating methods, credit data banks and the digitalization of rating processes.
- You independently evaluate the creditworthiness of projects and corporate obligors in a variety of industries with a focus in the Energy, Energy transition/ Decarbonization, Renewable, Mobility and Infrastructure sectors
- You analyze borrower’s financial models, financial statements as well as cash flow projections and prepare and sensitize cash flow models
- You collaborate efficiently as member of a deal team incorporating Rating, Risk Management and Origination
- You assign an obligor rating within the given Rating Authority
- Additionally, you continually monitor the creditworthiness of portfolio counterparties and initiate rating actions as deemed necessary
- The analysis is presented to the next higher rating authority holder, the Rating Committee, and the Siemens Bank Credit Committee
- You ensure constant knowledge exchange with the Risk Rating teams in Europe as well as the Americas including Risk Management teams in the Business Units
- You support in the training and coaching of less experienced rating analysts and/or colleagues in other Functions or Business Units of Siemens Financial Services
- You participate in refining existing rating methodologies and in developing new rating methodologies
- Furthermore, you explore and proactively drive opportunities within Risk Rating to digitalize parts of the analytical process and to use artificial intelligence solutions

**Qualifications**:

- You have successfully obtained a university degree in economics/business administration or a comparable field of studies
- You have collected at least 5 years of professional experience in analyzing and evaluating project finance transactions at a bank or another financial institution
- You have professional knowledge in corporate finance and macro economics
- We are looking for a new team member with strong affinity for digitalization and artificial intelligence topics and a spirit to promote related projects; proven experience in these areas is welcome
- You have sound experience in working with financial models as well as professional analytical capabilities (financial statement analysis)
- You know how to convey analytical conclusions in a well-structured manner in a rating report and possess a confident appearance presenting rating analysis to Authority Holders
- You are a strong team player and can work under time pressure while maintaining a positive focus
- You always demonstrate a constructive, outcome-oriented behavior
- You are fluent in English, knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage
