**Responsibility**:

- Identify business challenges and opportunities for enhancement, employing data analysis to craft strategic or tactical solutions.
- Utilize analytical frameworks and statistical methods to construct and oversee lending/credit risk strategies within the bank's lending programs.
- Manage acquisition and customer management lending programs, balancing risk and revenue to drive business growth.
- Create reporting mechanisms to identify and assess risks (credit, fraud, financial, operational) associated with various banking products.
- Contribute to the formulation of overall strategy and the design of lending/credit products, features, and engagement strategies.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of lending/credit products and their distribution channels, including ideation, design, and feature management, ensuring the timely implementation of initiatives to enhance value.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to research and monitor lending/credit product and customer trends, informing the development and prioritization of new products and features.
- Work with Strategy and other stakeholders to develop business rationale (e.g., value proposition, opportunity sizing) for new lending/credit product initiatives, guiding product prioritization.

**Minimum requirement**:

- Bachelor’s degree in quantitative discipline (business, math, economics, finance, statistics, science,engineering)
- Strategic and analytical orientation (strong track record of data-driven decision making and problem solving) Strong technical and data skills (good understanding of database relationships and prior coding background
-SQL, Python, R, SAS)
- Prior lending and / or credit underwriting experience is a plus
- Consumer, SME and corporate lending, leveraged finance, private credit, investment banking, management consulting professionals are welcome to apply
