We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Credit Control Specialist to be based in our Singapore office. Key responsibilities will include: - To save a copy of the incoming remittance advices from clients and monitor for the actual incoming cash into the bank- Download bank statement on daily basis and picks up all incoming receipts into SUNS as unmatched cash pending to be matched- Identify the details for the incoming receipts and any missing information, to reach out to brokers for details and/or to check in with UW ops for review.- Incoming receipts with complete information should be matched in system within 3 workdays.- Reconciliation of large accounts.- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure all items are picked up and the bank reconciliations to be reviewed by FC- Prepare and circulate the unallocated receipts listing on week basis and to advise the reasons for those remaining in unallocated receipt if aged > 3 workdays- Assists with payments processing- Undertakes any other finance duties as may be assigned.- At least four years experience in a similar role, within the insurance industry is essential- Business focused with strong analytical capabilities- Effective in managing people and team members- Good verbal and written communications- Good understanding of the insurance business- Industry knowledge in direct / reinsurance- Degree (in Finance) or relevant professional certification preferredType: Regular Time Type: Full time Primary Location: Singapore Insurance Additional Locations:
