Accounts and Finance Executive

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented **Accounts & Finance Executive** to support our finance operations on a **flexible, remote working basis**.

**Working Arrangement**
- Flexible working hours: approximately **1-4 hours per week**:

- **Remote / work from home**:

- Suitable for freelancers, semi-retired professionals, or parents returning to the workforce

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform **monthly bookkeeping** and maintain proper accounting records
- Handle **bank reconciliation**:

- Prepare **monthly management financial reports** (non-audited)
- Prepare **yearly financial reports** for tax purposes
- Assist in **GST filing**:

- Follow up and **chase outstanding payments** when required
- Ensure records are accurate and properly documented

**Requirements**:

- Relevant experience in **accounting and bookkeeping**:

- Familiar with **QuickBooks Online (QBO)** software
- Good understanding of **Singapore accounting and GST requirements**:

- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently
- Reliable and able to meet monthly reporting timelines

**Remuneration**
