**What can you expect?**
This position is responsible for supporting the delivery of HR Projects for the Region which also includes creating and delivering an innovative emerging talent development and experience, enabling us to identify and develop a pipeline of future talent and leaders across the enterprise.
The Senior Analyst reporting to the Regional HR Project Lead will support efforts to ensure projects and talent development programs are providing the appropriate growth acceleration. The role will involve collection of data to support evaluation or programs continuing to meet business needs, aim to leverage centralized content for best practice and scale, focus on implementation and enabling other parts of the People Function to effectively deliver HR Projects and talent programs.
Key relationships include People Partners, HR Managers, Talent Acquisition teams and Talent Partner.
**We will count on you to**:
- With moderate supervision, assists in the implementation of HR Projects, working with internal stakeholders relating to the regions and people priorities
- Assist with the development and delivery of multiple projects end-to-end including early career frameworks, graduate and intern programs as well as early career pipeline initiatives.
- Areas of support include, but not be limited to across: overall program management, assessment and selection, onboarding, talent review, succession planning, learning and development, career map development and job mobility / promotion.
- Assists in the development of early career talent and learning approaches and materials by gathering and analyzing; diagnostic assessment, information, data, reports and user experience feedback.
- Coordinates project, talent and learning initiatives by uploading content, inputting program logistics into Workday, distributing employee communication and pre-work materials for attendees, and coordinating attendees, trainers and coaches to ensure successful implementation of programs.
- Conducts data collection activities, including preparing and distributing assessments, surveys and qualitative feedback, and compiles results for review.
- Preparing communications and presentation materials
- Researches industry trends and approaches to generate talent and learning content for review and develop awareness of business trends and approaches in learning and development and talent/performance management.
- Liaises with third party vendors.
**What you need to have**:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent academic background
- 3+ years of professional work experience
- Exhibit agility in handling tasks in a high pace work environment
- Basic business acumen with a commercial approach and developing consultative skills
- Able to collaborate well with all stakeholders (including third party suppliers).
- Effective communicator; listens well and understands where to act as a result of feedback received.
- Ability to simplify the complex (from multiple data sources) and operationalize with consistent execution.
- Proactive and driven
- Enjoys people interaction and working in a team
- Delivers on commitments, strong organizational skills; achieves expected outcomes
- Talent management and / or learning and development practices preferred with a focus on ensuring for an excellent colleague experience that is relevant across businesses, ideally with exposure to the emerging talent population.
- Experience in a global matrixed organization
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint
