**Introduction**

Curia Regis is a professional regulatory compliance services firm dedicated on assisting regulated financial institutions with their initial and ongoing obligations under the MAS' purview. We are seeking a highly motivated, driven and results-oriented individual to join our growing dynamic team focused on the Capital Markets and Payment Services sector in Singapore.

Ideally this is someone with a legal or accounting background eager to embark on a career in regulatory compliance space.

**General Responsibilities**

a) Actively support the Compliance Consultants with their deliverables, which includes production of regulatory compliance documents;
b) Collaborate with the Compliance team to coordinate client meetings, meticulously take notes and draft regulatory compliance reports;
c) Stay abreast on regulatory news, updates and circulars provided by the regulators, summarise key information and disseminate this across the team; and

d) Assist with carrying out AML/CFT screening, including filtering out of false positives;
e) Other ad-hoc duties as required.

**Specific skillsets we are looking for are as follows**:
a) Good comprehension of regulatory language, updates, circulars, notices and laws;
b) Ability to understand and disseminate information clearly and succinctly;
c) Excel at analysing, understanding and interpreting large amounts of information and data to extract key information; and

d) Highly proficient with Microsoft365, specifically with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

a) Self-motivated and driven, works well in a team environment;
b) Keen to grow in the regulatory compliance sector; and

c) Positive attitude, diligent and excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks;
Any existing (1-2 years) experience within audit/regulatory compliance/onboarding/KYC screening is a plus point.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
