About the role:
We are seeking an Operations Assistant to join our team and assist in the day-to-day operations of the business

The Operations Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Manager / Director in various tasks and projects, and ensuring the smooth running of the business

**Responsibilities**:
1) Support the Operations Manager in the coordination and implementation of various projects and initiatives, including process improvement and efficiency initiatives
2) Maintain and update operational processes, procedures, and policies to ensure they are current and in line with industry standards
3) Manage the scheduling and allocation of resources, including personnel and equipment, to meet business needs
4) Monitor and track inventory levels, ensuring they are maintained at optimal levels to meet customer demand
5) Provide administrative support
6) Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations to support the operations team and senior management
7) Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
8) Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 1 year of experience in an operations or administrative role
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Weekend availability
