**About the role**
CGS-CIMB Securities International Pte. Ltd is one of the leading integrated financial service providers in Asia. The Global Sales Support will support the Group Head, Global Sales in developing and executing strategies and plans to build Global Sales business in line with the organisation’s strategies and goals.
**Responsibilities**:
The incumbent will:
Strategy and Planning
- Support the Global Heads with the development of business plans and strategies for Sales.
- Support the Global Heads with the budget planning process for Sales.
- Assist with the implementation of regional initiatives and projects to ensure achievement of business targets.
- Assist in research and business development to identify new markets, products and business opportunities.
Business Performance
- Support performance management for the Global Sales business, including identifying key objectives, financial and other performance measures.
- Assist in continuously improving the performance levels of the business against performance objectives, targets and timeframes by preparing reports on the performance of the business.
Management Reporting
- Provide management with reports and information to track and monitor business performance.
- Prepare reports for various parties as and when required.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as necessary in support of the Group Head of Equities.
**Job Requirements**
To thrive in the role, the incumbent should have / be:
- Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline (Accounting/Finance/Business/Economics/Financial Engineering).
- Some experience in investment banking/ equities in established bank / financial institutions.
- Knowledge in Investment Banking / Financial Services.
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Open to occassional travel around Asia.
