**Direct Search Global is working with a fast-growing Maritime digital solutions provider to fill the role of Sales Support Executive in their Singapore office.**

**Who should apply?**

A sales enthusiast who has at least 2 years of experience in doing B2B sales. It will be beneficial if you have knowledge of automation technology.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the regional sales manager in daily tasks, including order processing, quotation preparation, and document management.
- Maintain and update customer records and databases.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure the timely delivery of products and services.
- Follow up with clients about their orders, and payments.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to support sales team decision-making.
- Support sales team in managing schedules and appointments.
- Assist in managing sales documentation, contracts, and agreements.
- Handle other administrative tasks as needed to support the sales department.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in Automation, Electronics Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with a willingness to assist and resolve customer inquiries.
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is a plus.
- Flexible working arrangements and environment.
