We’re seeking passionate and customer-centric individuals to join us as **Servers**, offering an elevated café experience that combines exceptional service with our high-fashion heritage. - **Attractive Pay**: Competitive salary up to $3,500/month
- **Structured Hours**: 5-day work week, 44 hours/week with rotating shifts
- **Flexible Shifts**:Morning Shift: 8:45 AM - 6:30 PM
Afternoon Shift: 12:45 PM - 10:30 PM
- **Generous Perks**: Variable bonus, medical benefits, and potential year-end bonus
- **Prime Location**: Just a stone's throw from Orchard MRT (Red Line)
- **Immediate Start**: We’re looking for team members who can join us before December 2nd. We’ll also cover any notice period expenses, including penalties

**Your Role**:
As a Server, you’ll be the face of our café, delivering an impeccable luxury experience to our guests. Your mission is to provide top-tier service, ensure seamless operations, and help cultivate a memorable dining experience that reflects our brand’s legacy of sophistication.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Exceptional Service**: Provide first-class service and create a memorable experience for each guest.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with your team to provide a smooth and enjoyable café atmosphere.
- **Menu Knowledge**: Guide customers through our curated menu and share special promotions.
- **Immaculate Dining Area**: Maintain the café’s stylish, pristine environment and uphold our brand standards.
- **Smooth Transitions**: Support opening and closing procedures to ensure a seamless shift change.
- **Communication**: Act as a liaison between front and back of house, ensuring excellent service.
- **Health & Safety**: Ensure adherence to all health and safety protocols, creating a safe, welcoming space for all.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Availability for weekends and public holidays
- 1+ year of F&B service experience preferred (but not essential)
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills
- A passion for delivering luxury service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
