Job Summary Houston Skilled Consultancy is hiring enthusiastic and reliable Part-Time Café Staff for one of our partnered food outlets. This opportunity is ideal for college students, freshers, or individuals looking for flexible part-time work . As a member of the café team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to customers while helping with the day-to-day café operations such as preparing beverages, serving snacks, and maintaining cleanliness. With only 4 working hours per day , this role offers an excellent work-life balance and a supportive environment to learn and grow in the food service industry. Key Responsibilities Greet customers with a friendly and courteous attitude. Take orders accurately and operate the POS system. Prepare and serve beverages (tea, coffee, soft drinks) and light snacks. Ensure tables, counters, and serving areas are clean and well-organized. Refill stock and maintain inventory in the café area. Handle basic customer queries and provide helpful responses. Assist in opening and closing duties as required. Comply with all food safety and hygiene standards. Required Skills and Qualifications High School education or currently pursuing a degree. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Basic math and cash-handling skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Experience No prior experience required – full training will be provided. Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting is a plus but not mandatory. Working Hours 4 hours daily (Morning, Afternoon, or Evening shifts available). Flexible scheduling to accommodate students and part-time workers. Weekday and weekend shifts available. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of basic food safety practices. Team player with the ability to cooperate and communicate with co-workers. Multitasking abilities and time management.
