Job Title: Café Service (Japanese Pastry & Cake Café)
Location: Waterway Point, PLQ, 100AM, Ngee Ann City, Great World, VivoCity, Orchard
Salary: $2,300 – $2,800/month
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Rest Days: 2 per week
Benefits: 12 days annual leave (to start), AWS, medical & dental coverage

As part of our service team, you'll be the heartbeat of that experience, the one who turns a simple visit into a delightful memory.
What You'll Do- Deliver warm, genuine service — greet every guest with attentiveness and care.
- Guide customers with confidence — share recommendations and insights about our handcrafted pastries and drinks.
- Maintain café flow — take orders, serve with precision, and ensure a clean, inviting environment.
- Support smooth operations — assist in daily opening/closing duties, stock checks, and coordination with the kitchen.
- Work as one team — collaborate with your colleagues to keep service smooth, even during busy hours.
- Balance & stability – 40-hour work weeks and 2 rest days weekly.
- Growth & recognition – performance-based reviews and opportunities to progress.
