**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Warmly Welcome Guests**: Create a welcoming and engaging environment for our discerning guests, ensuring a memorable arrival experience.
- **Maintain an Immaculate Space**: Keep the café and surrounding areas pristine and aligned with the brand’s luxury standards.
- **Customer Relations**: Address customer concerns or requests with grace, resolving any issues in line with brand values and escalating when necessary.
- **Uphold Excellence**: Adhere to appearance and service standards to embody the elegance and sophistication of the brand.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- **Experienced in Hospitality**: Previous experience in luxury or customer-focused roles is a plus.
- **Detail-Oriented**: A keen eye for maintaining the brand’s aesthetic standards and cleanliness.
- **Polished & Personable**: A professional and poised demeanor with the ability to engage with high-profile guests.
- **Flexible Availability**: Willing to work weekends and public holidays when required.
