**A. Improve Differentiation Routine**

1. Review network monitoring and analysis to maintain or better service levels and guide network engineers on customer-facing communications

2. Conduct and meet prospects/customers to manage gatekeepers and champions to improve opportunities

3. Create/improve internal stakeholders’ processes to improve go-to-market cycles

4. Conduct and meet principals/suppliers to improve sales toolkits

**B. Pre-Sales (Agreed Percentage) Routine**

1. Prepare Scope of Works, Request for Proposals, Request for Quotes, and Request for Information

2. Support the sales process, from the preparation of offers to the conclusion of contracts - from a professional, technical, and functional point of view, including conducting and implementation of proof-of-concepts

3. Organize and conduct customer presentations and product training

**C. Sales (Agreed Percentage) Routine**

1. Hunt, manage and grow a portfolio of customers aligned with annual sales goals

2. Analyze market trends, competitors, and product positioning

3. Negotiate with customers technical requirements and commercial terms to close contract

**D. Admin Routine**

1. Record tasks (daily, weekly and monthly), meetings, site works, site surveys with relevant tools, photographs and notes

2. Prepare and conduct for internal / external pre-sales and sales kick-off meetings and minuting to track project schedules and stakeholder alignments

3. Provide standby remote support or in person during weekends and after working hours for any production network-related incidents

4. Arrive on time for work and appointments to maintain consistent operational attitude to the customer

5. Able to travel to service customers in ASEAN and the USA

6. Be punctual to given deadlines
