**Location**: Jalan Besar, Singapore (Office located nearby MRT station - Walking Distance) **Job Type**: Full-time “Champion Management Services Pte Ltd” is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketer to join our growing team and develop and execute marketing strategies to boost our customer engagement and increase sales. You need to have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and at least 2 years of experience working in a marketing-related role. **Key Responsibilities**: 1. Identify potential customers, arrange customer meetings, develop sales proposals, conduct follow-ups, and engage in negotiations with clients. 2. Create content on Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other channels to drive brand recall, awareness, loyalty, and engagement outcomes. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to create promotional materials, advertisements, social media posts and update website. 4. Create engaging video content for our Vodcast, including filming, editing, and post-production. 5. Plan, produce, and edit podcasts, ensuring high-quality audio and visual content. 6. Develop content in written formats as well as other formats such as videos, targeted at the desired audience segment to improve SEO. 8. Achieve monthly sales targets and performance metrics. 9. Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs). 10. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and customer needs. **Experience & Skills Requirements**: 1. Degree holder or higher qualification preferred. 2. Competency in IT systems, basic knowledge of design software, e.g Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Premiere Pro or After Effects would be an advantage. 3. At least 2 years of experience in Sales and Digital marketing or any similar marketing area. 4. Willingness to engage in "Direct sales (Physical Meetings)". 5. Expertise in analytical tools, such as Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords. 6. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. 7. Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate. 8. Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis. 9. Excellent both verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills. 10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,200.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift - Early shift Work Location: In person
