**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site/hybrid role for a Marketing Executive at RealVantage in Singapore. The Marketing Executive will assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to achieve business goals. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute campaigns, track and analyse data to inform decisions and drive business growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Help manage social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing engagement metrics.
- Conduct thorough market research and analyze data to provide actionable insights that inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, lead generation, and campaign effectiveness, using tools like Google Analytics.
- Assist with the planning and execution of events and trade shows.
- Help maintain and update the company website and other digital properties, using data-driven insights to improve performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to identify new marketing opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role or internship.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and provide actionable insights that drive marketing performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, marketing analytics tools, and familiarity with utilising marketing automation tools
- A result-oriented self-starter with a highly energised, can-do attitude, capable of working independently and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with design software or tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,155.52 - $4,813.67 per month
