**Requirements**:

- Possesses a competent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Experience in handling intellectual property filings via IPOS Digital Hub and the World Intellectual Property Office (WIPO) is a plus.
- An adaptable and good-natured person who is self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide timely and accurate cost estimates to clients related to IP prosecution matters (patents, trade marks & designs, both local and foreign).
- Manage clients' IP records, ensuring they are up-to-date and well-organized, and preparing status reports.
- Track and manage deadlines related to the clients' IP portfolios (patents, trademarks, designs, both local and foreign).
- Assist with the preparation of correspondence and standard reports in relation to clients’ IP portfolios (patents, trademarks, designs, both local and foreign).
- Managing day-to-day administrative matters and administering IP portfolios (patents, trademarks & designs, both local and foreign)
