**About the Role/ The Opportunity**:
**What You’ll Do**:

- Execute or assist with all aspects of accounting operations, including but not limited to bank reconciliations, A/P and A/R transactions, fixed assets, prepaid expenses, accruals, and other general ledger transactions.
- Own the preparation of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting analysis as a key participant in the financial close process.
- Lead and support the group audit and APJ region statutory audits, preparing schedules, compiling documentation, and explaining results to auditors.
- Maintain and improve upon the current accounting infrastructure, ensuring that documentation in financial systems and records are in sync and support results as recorded in the general ledger.
- Assist with maintaining, developing, and implementing systems and internal controls that support the Company’s business growth and culture.
- Preparation of Singapore GST filings and assist with other indirect tax filings for the APJ region.
- Help prepare support for the annual corporate tax filings for the APJ region.
- Ad hoc analyses and projects as needed.

**What You Need to Succeed**
- 5+ years of audit or corporate accounting experience, with increasing levels of responsibilities.
- Detail oriented and can operate in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
- Strong multi-tasking skills with the flexibility to switch from one project to the next quickly.
- Strong understanding of IFRS and local GAAP accounting concepts (in APJ region countries).
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and lookup formulas.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

**Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart**:

- Experience using NetSuite a plus.
