To this end, we are seeking an experienced Group Lead C&B who can join our team and help pave the way towards our new goals.
- About the position
Should be able to speak in Mandarin- Responsibilities
- Support various C&B projects including but not limited to annual salary review and bonus exercise, market benchmarking, incentive scheme review, staff cost stimulation and compensation and benefits programs integration and alignment
- Support group payroll and perform/coordinate C&B analysis and reports, ensure use of HRIS/ BI systems to drive productivity.
- Support staffing Forecast on HC plan
- Help to maintain the company's job and grading system, evaluate the market benchmark for new jobs.
- Assist in C&B policies review and establish administrative procedures for local adoption.
- Leverage vendor relationships to deliver competitive and cost
- effective benefit and compensation plan, and to continuously improve service of the vendors
- Customize and optimize the functions in existing HRIS system to meet local business needs, and have cross cooperate system requirements put in order
- Support new studios integrated successfully
- Tasks or projects assigned by line manager
- Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above with major in Business Administration or Human Resource Management is preferred.
- Having 5-7 years C&B related experience in multinational company;
- High integrity and sense of confidentiality
- Strong analytical skills, attention to details and high degree of accuracy
- Ability to utilize Excel’s analytical functionality for data analytics and reporting
- Basic understanding of financial metrics
- Experience in HR consulting field would be an advantage
- Proficient in both oral and written English
- Self-motivated and proactive learnerStrong leadership and interpersonal skills.
