We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Manager to join the Oldendorff Group. You will be responsible for developing compensation packages and programs that enable us to respond to the market requirements and developments in all our office locations. You should be able to review the current remuneration structure, suggest improvements and support the Managers in compensation related questions. You should also remain up to date with the prevailing market salary rates and relevant legislation.
This position is an important part of the global HR (Human Resources) Team and a close collaboration within this group is of absolute importance. The local HR Teams and the line managers in the different office locations will be close business partners for this role.
**Essential Functions**:
- Keep track of prevailing pay rates and make sure we can offer competitive compensation plans.
- Analyze the market data and give recommendations for Salary adjustments.
- Review the existing benefits and suggest changes if deemed necessary.
- Evaluate the different salary data sources and ensure high data quality for benchmarking.
- Perform internal and external surveys.
- Network with our Consulting partners and other market players and expand this network when possible.
- Consult the management.
**Skill Requirements**:
- Experience as a Compensation and Benefits Manager or similar role.
- Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments, locations, and seniority levels.
- Familiarity with a global company set-up.
- Expertise in handling and analyzing market data.
- Excellent understanding of job - evaluation and - analysis systems.
- Good analytical skills and solid understanding of basic economic factors.
- Familiarity with the relevant labor legislation.
- Ability to present survey results and other research data in a professional manner.
- Previous experience with WORKDAY is appreciated but not required.
**Required / Preferred Education and Experience**:
- Minimum of Degree in any field
- Minimum of 5 years of Compensation & Benefits experience or relevant experience, required
- Relevant background experience that would benefit incumbent in this role, preferred
**Salary**: $6,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
