**Role Purpose**:
The work of this role is a business driver, and the work location is in Singapore. You are expected to manage and contribute to the growth and profitability of Container Trading, maximize the resale volume at the best price, and optimize the resale container inventory to enjoy cost savings. The objective is to achieve the sales KPI through daily sales activities.

**A typical day in this Role**:

- Establish effective customer relationships with existing customers to understand the customer needs, provide support, and keep them informed of new developments and progress.
- Identify new prospects that meet the qualifying criteria, with the objective of supplying the company’s products and services to them, to generate growth with a focus on the high return and profitable opportunities.
- Market and promote products in order to increase brand awareness.
- Keep CT HQ updated with accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales contracts.
- Lead and manage the sales process diligently, from quotation to gate out as well as payment collection.
- Prepare customer proposals, presentations, quotations, and reports.
- Conduct exhibitions and customer-specific training if required.
- Report on competitor activities and the competitive landscape.
- Produce daily reporting of new opportunities to ensure correct forecasting is maintained.
- Compile monthly sales reviews and forecasts against agreed targets.
- Perform other duties as directed by management.
- Build effective relationships and collaborate with managers, peers, and colleagues.
- Primary responsible areas: Indonesia/Malaysia/Pakistan/Philippines/Singapore/Thailand/Vietnam.

**What we look for**:

- Bachelor's or above in Marketing/ Trading/ Shipping/ Logistics/ Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of working experience in the related field and at least 3 years at the supervisory level.
- With work experience in Container Trading / Container Leasing / Shipping / Sea Freight is highly preferable.
- Sensitive in numerous and detail-minded, and excellent project and time management skills.
- Strong customer service orientation, good communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.
- Immediate availability is highly preferable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $6,000.00 - $7,500.00 per month
