**Main Responsibilities**
- Able to handle printing, Enveloping and Sorting - Daily transaction advices, monthly statement and mass printing.
- You need to handle Electronic Document Handling - Scanning and/or upload documents into digital platform.
- Physical Document Handling - Manage filing of physical document onsite and liaise with offsite service provider on stakeholder request
- Able to handle mailroom Management - Assist with office mailing services such as arranging daily courier/postage, mail collection, distribution & monitoring
**Other responsibilities**
- Able to provide coverage for Reception duties
- Able to support team with other various tasks as and when required
- Key Performance Indicators
- Team player and positive working attitude
- You need to have ability to identity, troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies.
**Requirements**:
- You must have a min. Nitec or equivalent in any field
- You must have a min. 5 years’ experience in mailroom and/or administration, preferably in banking sector.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player
- Meticulous, careful and precise worker
- You must have an ability to work under pressure
- Proficient with software (i.e. Microsoft office)
- You must have a knowledge with Avaloq will be beneficial
- You need to be decently presentable as there is receptionist duties coverage
