**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced and strategic **Marketing Director / Assistant Director / Senior Manager**to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and initiatives across all platforms - digital and non-digital - for the launch of new products.

In this role, you will drive market adoption, revenue growth and brand awareness for our pipeline of new products. You will act as a hands-on HOD, providing both strategic direction and operational leadership to ensure successful go-to-market execution, leveraging deep customer insight and market analysis.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for new product launches across all stages - from concept to commercialisation
- Define and communicate clear product value propositions and messaging frameworks that resonate with target audiences
- Act as the voice of the customer to influence product development and the overall roadmap
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align marketing strategies with corporate objectives
- Ensure the adoption of best practices and maintain a forward-looking, data-driven approach
- Own the go-to-market strategy, including launch planning, channel strategy, pricing, packaging and demand generation
- Partner strategically with Product, Sales, Engineering and Operations to ensure alignment and successful product rollouts
- Ensure seamless marketing execution and brand consistencySet, monitor and report on KPIs to measure marketing impact and optimise performance using data-driven insights.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven leadership experience, with a strong track record of building and developing high-performing marketing teams
- Demonstrated success in product launches, entering new market segments and brand development
- Strong experience in cost management and leading efficiency initiatives
- Experience in home appliances and electronic products is advantageousExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives
