**Position Overview**

As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll enjoy a dynamic work environment, engaging with diverse customers and showing them how our products can improve their quality of life.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Customer Engagement:

- Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming, personalized shopping experience.
- Understand customers’ needs to offer tailored product recommendations.
- Follow up on leads to convert inquiries into sales, making customers feel valued.

Sales:

- Use product knowledge to recommend and upsell premium items.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to store growth.
- Actively seek opportunities to close deals and achieve goals.

Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with your team to achieve store goals and provide excellent service.
- Share feedback and insights to improve sales strategies.

- Willing to work on Public Holidays and Weekends

**Working Schedule (Full-Time)**: 11am to 9pm (2 meal breaks), 5 days work week. Rest days are flexible.

**Working Schedule (Part-Time)**: 1 or 2 days every weekend
