Cetus Maritime is the new name following the amalgamation between two shipowners, managers and operators, HBC Hamburg Bulk Carriers and Asia Maritime Pacific. By joining forces, we are now one of the largest private dry bulk Handysize players in the market. The combined enterprise will have some 40 owned and 25 chartered in vessels on the water at any given time, with a focus on larger Handysize. Our reach spans nine offices around the world, with 120 shoreside staff.- For the expansions of our young and motivated team in Singapore, Cetus Maritime (Asia) Pte Ltd is looking for an Operations Executive.- _Operations of owned vessels and chartered tonnage as well as Commercial managed vessels (Bulk Carrier) _
- _Checking stowage plans/ dead weight calculation _
- _Enquiring and checking port disbursements/ controlling of respective vouchers _
- _Issuing voyage instruction to Masters _
- _Appointing and communication with agents _
- _Communication with Masters, Owners, Charterers, Brokers _
- _Issuing hire statement, credit notes to Owners respectively invoices to Charterers (Sublet/ Owned vessels) incl. off-hire calculation. _
- _Issuing freight statements and invoices to Charterers (Basis voyage terms) _
- _Laytime calculation _
- _Provide operational support to the Manager’s**Requirements**:
- _Minimum 2-3 years bulk vessel ops experience _
- _Excellent communication skills _
- _Ability to work in a fast paced environment._
