**Operations Manager, OPS - Retail & Hospitality** **-** **(**2500003K**)**

**What you do**
- Supervise and lead the Operations team in managing the overall operation, maintenance and upkeep of the building
- Conduct regular building inspections to ensure compliance to authorities’ requirements
- Implement master schedule maintenance program for all M&E systems and services
- Responsible for operations budget, administration and management of contracts
- Assisting, coordinating and supporting other departments on daily mall operations, events and campaigns
- Assist with tenancy matters including handing/taking over of the premises to/from tenants, review tenants fit-out design
- Review, improve and make recommendation on SOP and workflows to ensure work efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and maintain good partnership with contractors / vendors
- Build and maintain good rapport with tenants
- Other duties relevant to the position

**Qualifications**

**Who you are**
- Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Building, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience
- Sound knowledge of M&E, Fire Safety and Estate Management
- Experience in retail mall will be an advantage
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
