**Job description**
This is an opportunity to join a fast growing e-commerce furniture and homewares brand in Singapore. We are just 4 years old, and in this role you will have the opportunity to learn all there is about a start-up / small business from the ground up, as well as grow your career as our business grows
**Role**:
You will be working to support the team on Purchasing, Logistics and Warehousing tasks as follows:
- Update all product / inventory details and reports in system
- Upload and manage e-commerce listings to ensure accuracy, listings are complete and SEO-optimised
- Coordinating inbound shipments with our Freight Forwarding and Warehouse Team
- Ensuring efficient and effective stock management to ensure stock accuracy, including monitoring of sales volume and inventory levels
- Liaise with suppliers and management for purchasing, including creation of new products and finalising purchase orders
- Management of incoming shipments, all the way from issuing Purchase orders to receiving stock into ERP
- Support and coordinate periodic stocktake cycle as needed with the warehouse team
- Replying to internal departments on stock inquiries and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Coordinating daily outbound deliveries using an ERP system and Shopify apps to coordinate drivers and routing
- Day to day management of inventory on our WMS system
- Passionate about e-commerce
- Organised and meticulous, with an eye for detail
- Strong Excel skills
- Resourceful, fast and efficient and able to work independently
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Good communication skills
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent preferred.

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,600.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
