Your opportunity

Providing outsourcing partners with all accounting relevant information and documents
Assist Controlling and Performance Management with the annual budget setting process for the greater APAC regional legal entities; including providing ongoing legal entity controlling oversight and relevant reporting
Supporting the head office in the preparation and ongoing maintenance of intra-group service level agreements
Preparing and performing the calculations for the billing of the service level agreements
Monitoring of outsourcing partners in the areas of accounting, group reporting, regulatory reporting and taxes
Coordination of the work on the preparation of the financial statements and liaising with the external auditors
Cash management of the legal entities
Supporting the COO and Finance & Risk organization in project work for the further development of the business cases in the APAC region
Ensure timely reporting by the outsourcing partners
Ensure timely filing of regulatory reporting and tax forms
Main contact person for the head office for the areas of Finance, Controlling and Taxes
Sparring partner of the local management for finance related topic

You bring
University degree (or equivalent) in the area of finance and accounting
Several years of experience in a position as Finance Manager in an international environment
In-depth knowledge of the financial industry
Knowledge of international accounting standards (especially IFRS)
Knowledge in the areas of corporate taxes, value added taxes and transfer pricing You are
Responsible, proactive and reliable
Well organized and structured way of working
Stress-resistant, client centric attitude and willing to go the extra mile
Fluent in English, orally and in writing
Willingness to do some travel
