Project Manager, Card Centre

Jod Description:
1. Overall in charge of drafting, clarification and consolidation for User Request, which includes mobile banking, card issuing functions, Acquiring testing and other system projects. Closely follow up with IT department, head office, be responsible for UAT testing until production, and manage various issues raised due to the launch;
2. Coordinate and communicate with the card association, analysing the regular compliance upgrade requirements of the card association, and coordinate with the head office to upgrade the system;
3. Coordinate the communication with the local outsourcing vendor to support and implement related POS, MPGS and other projects, including the process of full project launch;
4. Handing IT support related issues such as computer equipment management, VDI maintenance, etc.;
5. Responsible for the daily work related to the CBS reporting: checking CBS report monthly and quarterly;
6. Responsible for the ITD issue ticket management, follow-up and resolve daily system issue raised by the team within department.
Job requirements:
- A recognized University Degree
- Prefer 3 years and above for mid-level manager. No specific requirement for Junior Level.
- Experience in project management, work independently with positive attitude and strong time management skills;
- Having IT background or knowledge in card association compliance requirements will be added advantage.
- Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese so as to communicate with our Chinese counterparts & HQ.
