KOL BD / Affiliate / Community Manager - Web3 Card Payment

(Permanent / Part-time / Freelancer)

Remote / Asia / Japan / Korea / Vietnam / Taiwan / China

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage key opinion leaders (KOLs), affiliates, and partners to drive user acquisition and enhance brand visibility.
  • Build, manage, and engage Telegram communities and other Web3 social platforms.
  • Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and content strategies to activate the community and boost user engagement.
  • Monitor KOL and affiliate performance, optimize campaigns, and provide reports on key metrics.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to ensure community and affiliate efforts support overall growth objectives.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing KOLs, affiliates, or community operations, preferably within Web3, crypto, or fintech industries.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with Telegram and other Web3 community platforms.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently in a part-time or freelance capacity.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
