About the Role We are seeking an Affiliate Operations Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of our affiliate programs from onboarding and compliance to performance validation, payouts, and campaign optimization. Youll work closely with business development, marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure partners are supported, incentives are aligned, and operations scale efficiently. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and has experience driving growth through affiliate and partnership programs in fintech or crypto. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete affiliate operations process: onboarding, contracts, tracking, and payouts. Validate performance data and ensure timely, accurate commission payments in coordination with Finance. Deliver regular reports, monitor KPIs, and recommend improvements to optimize performance. Act as the primary liaison between affiliate business development, finance, product, and marketing teams. Handle affiliate inquiries, disputes, and compliance checks with accuracy and professionalism. Maintain up-to-date affiliate resources (banners, creatives, and landing pages). Plan, launch, and optimize affiliate campaigns; manage communications through Telegram, newsletters, and email. Support the affiliate BD team with goal tracking, incentive programs, and performance reviews. Gather affiliate feedback and translate it into actionable process and program improvements. Collaborate cross-functionally to support new product launches and promotional initiatives. Detect and mitigate fraud or abuse; adjust commission structures and promotions accordingly. Benchmark competitor affiliate programs and provide strategic insights to refine performance. Ideal Background Required Skills & Experience: 24 years of experience in affiliate or digital marketing operations, ideally within crypto, fintech, or trading environments. Strong understanding of affiliate mechanics (e.g., tiered commissions, CPA models, referral tracking). High proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (must-have); familiarity with SQL or BI tools is a plus. Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven, with strong execution and follow-through. Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-culturally within a distributed team. Fluency in English required; proficiency in an additional APAC language is a plus. Compensation & Logistics Base Salary: up to $200k (flexible for exceptional candidates). Incentives: token/equity participation for top performers. Location: full-time remote; preference for candidates based in Asia (especially Singapore or South Korea). Work Model: remote with optional hybrid collaboration in Singapore.
