We are a japanese-style patisserie with 12 years of history in Singapore.

As the head of the kitchen you are expected to:
**Responsibilities
Lead, operate and manage the daily pastry production with a disciplined pastry team
Finish and present pastries and baked goods in their best form
Monitor inventory and order ingredients, supplies and caring for equipment
Keep costs low and prevent wastage
Ensure the kitchen has a high level of organisation and cleanliness, and adheres to health and safety regulations

Perform HR duties like interview new hires and manage the team's roster and leave

Create new cake range on a 6-month basis

**Requirements
Has led a team before with at least 2 years experience

Leadership ability

Able to walk the talk, lead team by example
Time management skills to meet delivery schedule for shop opening hours and online orders
Physical strength and stamina to spend long hours standing and performing repetitive motions
Flexibility, since hours for a Pastry Chef may vary and include weekends, and holidays
