**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Processing of training registrations, updates to registrations and checking of eligibility criteria for program and/or funding admissions
- Liaise with trainees on training confirmation and approvals for funding eligibility
- Provide post-training administration such as collation of training and assessment records
- Resource and room bookings, setup and maintenance
- Manage learner database
- Monitor invoicing and purchasing
- Support audits and compliances
- Support trainer on training days
- Prepare reports for feedback and evaluation sessions
- Conduct end-of-assessment administration and documentation
- Implement appropriate filing, storage and associated office procedures
- Manage trainer and learner materials
- Administer TPGateway and Training Management System
- Manage and/or participate in ad-hoc tasks
- Responsible for Public Run Classes
- Liaise with participants on gathering of documents for funding and claims
- Liaise with relevant Government Agencies on funding process
- Assist in course fees and salary support claims from government agencies
- Any other duties as assigned by the superiors

**Requirements**:
**Years of Experience**:Preferably with at least 2 years of HR & Admin/training/customer service related experience

**Qualification**: GCE “O” Levels and above

**Language**:Bilingual (English and Mandarin) to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates

**Employment Type**: Full Time. Mon to Fri, 8:45am to 6pm. Contract for 6 months. Will be converted to a permanent staff if work performance is good. Office is at 9 Jurong Town Hall Road, Trade Association Hub.
