**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Job Summary**

You will be an integral part of the HR team - the enablers of employee growth and engagement. You will work closely with business managers in human resource planning and management aligned with business needs. You will focus on attracting, retaining and developing talents to achieve a competitive edge and fuel business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage full spectrum of HR and office management operations.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding and offboard activities.
- Deal with performance issues, grievances and implement disciplinary procedures.
- Work with hiring managers on manpower needs, identifying talents for development in alignment to organisational goals and business continuity.
- Develop strategies for internal career pathing and progression.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Coordinate the development of employees’ capabilities, skills and knowledge.
- Develop and coordinate employee engagement/bonding, welfare, well-being programmes.
- Coordinate and manage Internship and Traineeship programmes.
- Stay up-to-date with HR research, concepts and its practical implications.
- Analyse market trends in compensation and benefits, review and evaluate alternatives and costs.
- Seek improvement opportunities to improve HR process efficiency.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in human resources management
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous with strong organisational skills
- Independent and analytical
