Human Resource Officer

The Human Resource (HR) Executive provides HR functions pertaining to the recruitment, engagement, performance, development and retention of human capital in the Company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage in-scope administration work pertaining to an employee’s life cycle - for instance, recruitment, confirmation, transfer, termination
- Oversee talent management framework and performance appraisal exercises
- Develop and implement HR policies and guidelines
- Prepare monthly payroll, including processing of statutory claims and filing of income tax
- Administer, process and oversee leave matters and insurance claims
- Facilitate the reporting procedures related to employees’ discipline and grievance
- Update employees’ movement and database
- Prepare timely HR data and reports as required
- In charge of employees’ expense claims
- Manage all office administration matters - for instance, season parking, stationery, pantry supplies and so forth
- Perform other ad-hoc HR and office administration duties as assigned
Work loccation at 202, pandan loop, west side of Singapore
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month
