**Job title** - Regional Segment Lead - ELN and MN, HNC APAC
**Location** - Singapore
**Job model **- Hybrid
Decreasing birth rates across APAC countries has impacted the business of our key customers in the region which also indirectly affected our business and profitability. At the same time, many countries in APAC are experiencing an ageing population and so healthy ageing has become of increasing importance.
We today already have a huge share of wallet of our key customers so the challenge would be to retain the share as well as identify other white spaces or opportunities to further grow our business.
This individual will drive and implement our global/regional Early Life Nutrition (ELN) and Medical Nutrition (MN) segment strategy in APAC, whilst partnering and supporting Account Managers in the implementation of our ELN and MN strategy for targeted markets and customer accounts.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Drive business development, customer engagement activities, and the innovation pipeline for the Early Life Nutrition (ELN) and Medical Nutrition (MN) segments
- Develop and implement the Early Life Nutrition (ELN) and Medical Nutrition (MN) segments strategy in APAC, ensuring strong cross-functional team performance to realize strategy growth objectives
- Accountable for ELN and MN APAC sales targets as well as oversee and ensure a healthy and robust CRM pipeline
- Develop and manage a portfolio of innovative customer projects in Asia-Pacific that will grow our share of the ELN and MN business
- Project manage business development funnel for ELN and MN in the region to ensure future growth targets are met with a healthy conversion of opportunities
- Leverage knowledge and expertise in flavours to support Account Managers to drive synergies and cross-selling for our ELN and MN customers in the region
**You bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales or science.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in B2B markets or B2C in the early life nutrition industry
- Knowledge and experience of the flavors industry is advantageous
- Proven track-record on marketing/concept content generation and roll-out for technical or highly specification driven products
- Ability to identify consumer insights, business and other opportunities, define innovation strategies, transform them into concepts and achieve their implementation
- Experience in planning, implementing and managing market development activities
