**Regional Product & Clinical Segment Manager, Molecular Imaging ASEAN.**
**E**
**nsure the success of Business Line (BL) Molecular Imaging (MI) in zone ASEAN with profitable growth, working with the Global Business line and local Healthineers team. **You will
**ensure successful execution of growth strategies and support Business Line leadership to formulate and execute the regional strategy for the designated region, as well as strategic business initiatives.**

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- You should demonstrate in-depth clinical and technical expertise in Molecular Imaging portfolio and counsel customers and sales organizations on the capabilities and options for Siemens Healthineers products.
- You will help the sales organization reach out to and best serve potential and existing customers and offers both sales organization and customers advise on the capabilities of respective products.
- You will act as a resource for customer and the sales organization for knowledge on products related to Molecular Imaging.
- You will constantly analyze product portfolio of the Molecular Imaging Business Line.
- You will serve as a liaison between Regional HQ (RHQ)/ BL and the country on all things pertaining to Molecular Imaging. Adapt and execute the global strategies within zone ASEAN.
- You will develop strong customers relationships within zone ASEAN.
- You will plan and execute strategies for identifying and developing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and reference sites.
- You will develop marketing plans to suit the strategy for the portfolio. Execute these plans diligently.

**Your qualifications and experiences**:

- You hold a successfully completed Degree or relevant professional qualification and ideally formal business training.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in variety of diagnostic imaging industry roles.
- Clinical background in Molecular Imaging is desirable.

**Your attributes and skills**:

- Deep Knowledge in Molecular Imaging: Both clinical and technical knowledge empowering the person to influence the internal and external stake holders.
- Communication and presentation skills: Should be capable of developing and presenting convincing arguments and influence the outcome of the decisions.
- Problem solving skills: Analyze problems and provides solution in a structured way. Use tools and problem-solving techniques to identify and fix problems analyzes a variety of proposed solutions' alternatives, risks, and rewards.
- Hands-on attitude: Be proactive in anticipating and avoiding issues. Oversees projects, teams, and activities related to the solution's implementation.
- Good presentation skills, strong business, digital acumen.
- Proven experience in responsibility for business planning and opportunity prioritization.
- Consistently demonstrated professionalism with both internal and external customers and partners.
- You are fluent in English both spoken and written.
- You are sensitive to cultural diversity and language level. This position covers the ASEAN region, understanding of the region and how business is conducted are essential qualities.
- ** Working Location: Potentially to be based in one of the ASEAN country - Indonesia/ Malaysia/ Philippines/ Singapore/ Thailand/ Vietnam**
