Overview As Regional Product Associate Director, you will support the Regional Lead in implementing and delivering our growth plan across APAC markets, focusing on evolving our digital and emerging technology offerings. Your role will be primarily internal, working with local teams to identify, create, and market new solutions aligned with our growth objectives, and engaging with agency teams to help them understand and navigate our offerings regionally. You will also meet with clients periodically for similar purposes. Key initiatives include: Developing and evolving the Guaranteed outcomes offering, with bespoke models for key clients Building and marketing scalable new product offerings such as Connected TV, D-OOH, Commerce, and Gaming Providing thought leadership on industry updates Managing the end-to-end product lifecycle: research, planning, evaluation, packaging, marketing, training, and enhancement The role requires understanding local market landscapes across APAC and fostering collaboration with local teams. The goal is to support regional growth while considering local challenges and needs, and to set a consistent regional strategy. Communicate the team's product value proposition, partnerships, and processes effectively to support current and prospective agency accounts Assist the Regional Lead with tracking, updates, and insights for regional and global teams Maintain detailed reports and analyses on regional growth at market and client levels Compile a solutions directory for the region with detailed summaries of offerings Launch and oversee a regional taskforce to promote collaboration and development of solutions, linking to existing councils Identify, develop, and improve solutions in collaboration with local teams, aligning with regional strategic priorities Act as regional point of contact for
