Overview As Regional Product Associate Director, you will support the Regional Lead in implementing and delivering our growth plan across APAC, focusing on evolving our digital and emerging technology offerings. Your role will be mainly internal, working with local teams to help them identify, create, and market new solutions aligned with our growth strategy, and meeting with agency teams and clients to help them understand and navigate our offerings. Key initiatives include: Developing and evolving the Guaranteed outcomes offering, with bespoke models for key clients Building and marketing scalable new product offerings such as Connected TV, D-OOH, Commerce, and Gaming Providing thought leadership on industry updates Managing the entire product lifecycle: research, planning, evaluation, packaging, marketing, training, and enhancement The role requires understanding local market landscapes across APAC and building collaborative relationships with local teams, supporting regional growth while respecting their challenges and needs. Responsibilities include: Communicating the team's product value proposition, partnerships, and processes Supporting the Regional Lead with tracking, updates, and insights Maintaining detailed reports and analyses on regional growth Creating a solutions directory for the region Launching and overseeing a regional taskforce to foster collaboration Identifying and developing solutions aligned with strategic priorities Acting as a point of contact for regional
