We are looking for a highly experienced and talented individual to join the Oxford Nanopore team and be responsible for driving the commercialisation of our product range across sample preparation, chemistry, instruments, and analysis software. The role, reporting into the Senior Director of Product Management will be responsible within the APAC (Asia, Pacific, and China) region for executing on high-level product strategy developed by Oxford Nanopore’s executive team, ensuring commercial success through excellence in product management.

Oxford Nanopore’s sequencing platform is the only technology that offers real-time analysis (for rapid insights), in fully scalable formats from pocket to population scale, that can analyse native DNA or RNA and sequence any length of fragment to achieve short to ultra-long read lengths.

Our goal is to enable the analysis of any living thing, by anyone, anywhere. We offer real-time nanopore-based DNA/RNA sequencing technology: accessible, easy to use and fully scalable for any requirement.

**The Role...
We are looking for a Associate Director of Strategic Product Management to join us and be responsible for driving the commercialisation of our product range across sample preparation, chemistry, instruments, and analysis software.

The role, reporting into the Senior Director of Product Management will be responsible within the APAC (Asia, Pacific, and China) region for executing on high-level product strategy developed by Oxford Nanopore’s executive team, ensuring commercial success through excellence in product management, account management, and supporting the commercial, product management, and internal R&D teams.

- Support the regional direct and channel partner sales and technical organisations in winning, sustaining, and growing strategically important customers by representing the company’s technology vision and roadmap, and working to resolve or escalate product and/or non-product blocking issues
- Translate the technical features and benefits of Oxford Nanopore’s product offerings and near-term product roadmap into commercial execution and training programs by and for digital, sales, marketing, and technical teams
- Present in a technical capacity at regional tradeshows, meetings, customer engagements, and other events in order to represent Oxford Nanopore’s Product Management, R&D, and commercial teams’ needs and interests Understand the needs of strategic accounts, as well as small to medium accounts throughout broader markets, and reporting these back to product management leadership and teams for their incorporation into product development objectives
