**About The Job**
**Responsibilities**:
- Strategise and ensure the forecasted sales targets, revenue, profit margin, and payment collections are achieved.
- Grow and manage a team of sales managers and/or country managers to drive revenue in Canada, the United States, and Latin America regions.
- Develop new key clients, manage existing clients, and foster strong relationships to maximize solution sales and customer satisfaction.
- Attend exhibitions, and trade shows, organize localized marketing campaigns to create leads.
- Lead the engagement of existing and potential clients and stakeholders (owners, partners, banks, government bodies, etc.) to win new business, and grow existing customer accounts.
- Provide a continuous target improvement focus, sales cadence on pipeline creation, forecasting, and market expertise to the business.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission in CRM for quotation, sales forecast, delivery/backlog, inventory, collection, and expense reports.
- Collaborate with global sales and technical teams in the region or China to provide support for local clients.
- Comply with Wiseasy’s policies and procedures to commit to honest and ethical business conduct.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Commerce, Business, or related field.
- At least 7 years of relevant working experience in sales and account management in a global company, preferably in the digital payments or mobile industry.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in managing a sales team to drive sales and increase revenue of the company.
- Experience in the payments and/or Point-of-Sales hardware and systems is a must.
- Open-minded, positive working attitude, able to multi-task.
- Independent, proactive, and taking ownership and accountability for assignments.
- Able to work with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.
- Experienced working cross-functionally in a global, culturally diverse team.
- Analytical, strong organizational skills, and with strong commercial acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin as this role would require you to coordinate with senior management based in China and outside of China.
- Basic proficiency in Spanish is an added advantage as you may be required to speak to some Spanish to Latin American clients.
- Travelling will be required to places not limited to Canada, the United States, Latin America, and China.
