Regional HR Specialist

**REQUIREMENTS**
- We need you to have **proven experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP area for at least 3 years**.
- Good technical HR competence **across various disciplines**.
- We have an international environment; hence, **having an advanced English level (written and spoken) is a must**.
- You **have an eye for detail**, an essential quality you need to have as an HR.
- You need to have the ability to t**hrive in a highly fast-paced environment and manage multiple conflicting priorities**. We also prefer those who are exceptionally well organized in their work.
- You have an academic background in Psychology/HRM/similar.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding (50%)**
- Continuously find better ways to attract regional talents.
- Possibility to represent FOREO for external events to support employer branding.

**Performance Management & Talent Development (20%)**
- Get involved in the performance management and improvement of tracking systems.
- Ensure the implementation of performance management in the team.
- Work with supervisors to identify the needs for training and development.
- Succession planning.

**Employee Engagement (20%)**
- Come up with fresh ideas for employee engagement programs that make work fun and implement them.
- Find ways to improve and maximize a remote working environment (75% of SEA team work remotely).

**General Admin Stuff (10%)**
- Ensure compliance in respective regions and ensure the legal entities are compliant across all disciplines from a legal and employment law perspective (Singapore and the rest of Southeast Asia).
- Responsible for maintaining organized and up-to-date internal HR files.
- Track and record everything that is done.
- Take care of monthly attendance, reimbursements for programs initiated by HR, and contract creation.
