**Job Title**:Fraud Operations Lead

**Job Summary**:
We're seeking an experienced and proactive Fraud Operations Lead to oversee and enhance our digital bank's fraud risk management framework. This leadership role involves managing real-time and post-transaction fraud detection, investigations, and system improvements, while collaborating with teams to mitigate fraud risks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Monitoring and Investigation:
Oversee transaction monitoring and review fraud alerts to identify suspicious activities. Ensure timely and accurate classification and escalation of high/medium/low-risk fraud cases. - **Technical Proficiency and Data Analysis**:

- Lead rule configuration, testing, and performance analysis of fraud detection tools.Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to optimize system integration and performance.

- **Team and Process Management**:

- Define fraud operation SOPs and train junior team members.Contribute to resource planning and team development.

- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders, including Compliance, Risk Management, and Law Enforcement.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve fraud-related issues promptly.

- **Record Keeping and Compliance**:

- Maintain accurate records of fraud cases and investigations.
- Provide support during audits and regulatory examinations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in fraud prevention, detection, and investigation within banking or financial services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
