**Responsibilities**:
The Senior Product Developer is development and technology roadmap responsible for global product strategy, product ecosystem development and management of Razer’s Content Creation product plan. This person will be focused on overall product development strategy and leadership by developing and executing product plans and ecosystem initiatives to achieve growth, revenue, and profitability targets.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Conduct continuous research to develop robust growth strategies for Content Creation products under your portfolio.
- Responsible for continuing product evolution, enhancements, the introduction of new features and functions and the retirement of EOL or underperforming products or variations to ensure relevance and competitiveness.
- Alongside Product Marketing, be the voice of users by translating current and future needs into product goals and features - define the Product Requirement Specification (PRS) and detailed expected user experience for each product and feature.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, UI and other internal teams to bring products to market and drive to company goals.

- Avid gamer and preferably a gaming content creator and/or streamer - familiar with various genres of games and gameplay as well as content creation platforms and software.
- Degree or diploma in a technical discipline with minimum 5 years of end-to-end product management or development experience with streaming and content creation related products a huge plus.
- Experience with product development life cycles (integrated software and hardware) and ODM/CM working models.
- Constantly curious, love learning about technical products, and be energized by the challenge of solving difficult problems for users
- Strong analytical thinking to prioritize features and evaluate trade-offs
- Experience in collaborating and leading cross-functional teams to drive successful product implementation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Can work independently, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills including ability to successfully interact with executive management.
- Experience in working in a Global company with cross functional project teams, ideally with responsibility for the output of non-directly managed colleagues.
- Must have Microsoft Office Experience: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
