**職位概述**

餐飲銷售經理負責契約簽訂和結束當地餐飲和社交業務,並確保業務能夠及時、正常運轉,以妥善交付服務。該職位負責透過積極向上銷售每個商業機會以實現收入最大化,達成餐飲收入目標。透過在每次客戶體驗中提供卓越的服務,現任者在銷售流程的所有環節執行品牌的服務策略和適用的品牌舉措,並提高客戶忠誠度。

- 高中文憑或高中同等學歷 (GED);2 年銷售與行銷、賓客服務、前臺或相關專業領域工作經驗,

或者
- 在經認可的大學取得工商管理、市場行銷、酒店和餐廳管理或相關專業的兩年制學位;不要求工作經驗。

**核心工作活動**

**管理銷售活動**
- 管理酒店的銷售工作,包括當地企業和社會餐飲。
- 與酒店外部的銷售管道(如銷售辦事處、區域銷售、EST)協作,確保銷售工作得以協調,並起到補充作用,而非重複。
- 回應酒店到來的餐飲機會。
- 識別、審核和徵求新的/餐飲業務,以實現個人和酒店的收入目標。
- 瞭解整體市場 - 競爭對手的優勢和劣勢、經濟趨勢、供求關係等,並瞭解如何針對這些因素進行銷售。
- 根據市場情況和酒店需求,為酒店把握最佳機會。
- 利用談判技巧和創造性的銷售能力,達成業務並洽談契約。
- 設計、開發和銷售創意飲食活動。
- 透過向上銷售套餐和創意餐飲,最大限度地提高收入。
- 管理餐飲銷售收入和運營預算,並提供預測報告。
- 開發可推動銷售的菜譜。
- 執行和支持預訂業務的運營方面(例如,生成提案,撰寫契約,客戶信函)。
- 參與和實踐品牌的日常服務基本原則。
- 透過建立將問題傳達給酒店領導和/或其他適當利益相關者的機制,管理因銷售流程所導致客戶問題的有效解決方案。
- 透過增加收入,控制開支並為業主和公司提供投資回報,確保成功的業績。

**提供卓越的客戶服務**
- 與銷售、廚房、供應商、競爭對手、當地社區、餐飲協會和酒店其他部門有效互動,以確保客人滿意度。
- 執行和支援公司客戶服務標準和酒店品牌標準。
- 透過在客戶的計劃/活動之前和期間,協助客戶並確保其滿意度,執行示範性的客戶服務以提升客戶滿意度和忠誠度。
- 透過瞭解客戶的需求,並推薦最能滿足其需求並超越其預期的相應特色和服務,同時建立關係和維護對公司的忠誠度,為客戶提供服務。
- 瞭解酒店的主要目標客戶和服務預期;透過瞭解客戶的業務、業務問題和顧慮,服務他們並在計劃//活動之前和期間提供更好的業務解決方案。
- 與運營部門建立密切的工作關係,以確保執行酒店層面的戰略。
